Milan/Busto Arsizio visit

Got back home in the small hours of Tuesday morning after visiting Milan on a combined work & pleasure visit. On the day job side of things, was there for Salone del Mobili, the annual modern furniture fair, while for pleasure was visiting and staying a couple of nights with my Italian vespista friend, Federico Savogin and his family.

Federico from Busto Arsizio (approx 40km north west of Milan), is about as mad for classic vespas as I am with a growing collection. While there, I got to ride Fede's lovely original silver paint ET3 Primavera, as well as trying out his newest addition; the beautiful original red paint Sprint Veloce pictured above with me on board grinning!

We also took part in Busto Arsizio's 'Bentornata Primavera' rallly on the Sunday, attended by approx 400 vespas, no doubt due to the warm sunny weather.

Full report plus 35mm film & digital fotos to come...
